Dr. Jake Madsen, DMD

Dr. Jake Madsen's interest in dentistry began in childhood when his mother worked at a dental office and his uncle, an endodontist, inspired him. Graduating in 2016, Dr. Madsen has eight years of experience, including an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency and five years of Active Duty Military Service.

Specializing in implant surgery and digital dentistry CAD/CAM, Dr. Madsen’s comprehensive training and military experience allow him to address nearly all patient needs in-house. His practice is known for its welcoming staff and commitment to exceeding patient expectations.

Dr. Madsen enjoys solving dental concerns and ensuring patients have positive, comfortable experiences. He supports the community through donations to local youth sports and livestock projects at the Box Elder County Fair. Guided by values of teamwork, positivity, compassion, and integrity, Dr. Madsen emphasizes personalized, evidence-based care and invests in current technology to provide the best patient experience. Born and raised locally, he strives to build lasting relationships with his patients.
